Harsh Shah

Harsh Shah is currently the Head of NAV Financing at Citi, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the EMEA Head of FID Solution Sales at Morgan Stanley and held various leadership positions at Nomura, including Global Co-Head of Structuring. Harsh was also the Head of FI Origination and Solutions at NatWest Markets from 2016 to 2020, where they successfully built a new Global Financial Institutions business and enhanced the company's reputation with clients. They began their career at Lehman Brothers, where they were Co-Head of Fixed Income Structuring from 1996 to 2008. Harsh earned a Master of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Cambridge, graduating in 1996.
