Hazel Perez

Hazel Perez has a diverse professional background with experience in customer service, administrative support, and information security. Starting as a Customer Service Representative at Agencia Aduanal Lic. Angel Fernández from September 2003 to November 2006, Hazel provided assistance with customs procedures. Hazel then served as a Call Center Agent at Hewlett-Packard Costa Rica from August 2008 to September 2010, handling calls and escalations from the USA and Canada. Following this, a role as Administrative Assistant for the Global Procurement Team at Hewlett Packard Enterprise lasted from August 2010 to March 2013, focusing on escalation process management and training new users. Hazel also worked as an Executive Assistant in the Human Resources department at Bridgestone from March 2013 to July 2015.
