Hazel Sy

Hazel Sy serves as the Head of Cross-Program Transformation for Data, Technology, and Human Resources at Citi, where impactful leadership has fostered collaborative implementation of transformative changes across the organization. Previously, Hazel held positions including Head of Data Stewardship & Client Data Ownership at Citi Global Wealth Management and Business Strategy & Digital Transformation Consultant at Stoops & Company. Prior experiences also include executive roles at J.P. Morgan, Credit Suisse, and various management consulting firms, specializing in data transformation and strategic initiatives for major financial institutions. Hazel's educational background includes an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, a BS in Computer Science from Binghamton University, and culinary arts training from the International Culinary Center, complemented by a Design Thinking course from Stanford University.
