Heather McLean

Heather McLean is the Vice President of Communications at Citi, bringing over 12 years of experience in professional services, media, consumer, and technology industries. Previously, Heather held positions as Communications Manager at Verizon Media, Global Communications Manager at Wavemaker, and Communications & Engagement Manager at EY, where they focused on internal communications and transformation campaigns. With a strong background in stakeholder management and crisis communications, Heather has also contributed to global diversity and inclusion initiatives. They hold a CIPR Advanced Certificate in Public Relations, a Master’s degree in Political Sociology, and a Bachelor's degree in Social Psychology from the University of Kent.
