Hector E. Garcia

Hector E. Garcia serves as Managing Director at Citi, where responsibilities include leading Enterprise Delivery for Technology Infrastructure Services across 17 APAC countries and overseeing the technology strategy for Japan, Asia North, and Australia. Since February 2021, Garcia has also been responsible for the Citi Technology Infrastructure for Asia Pacific, combining roles to enhance the delivery of end-user support services. Previous positions at Citi include Director roles in various capacities focused on infrastructure service delivery, first-line operations, and country management across the Asia Pacific region. Prior to Citi, Garcia worked at Banamex as Senior Vice President, leading the LATAM PMO and business office. Educational achievements include an Executive Development Program from INSEAD, postgraduate executive studies from IPADE, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from ITESM.
