Hellen Valverde is a proactive and multicultural HR leader with over 20 years of experience in talent development, performance management, and organizational transformation. Currently serving as the Vice President and HR Generalist Lead at Citi, Hellen has previously held strategic roles at Western Union, where they significantly enhanced employee engagement and organizational effectiveness across multiple countries, including Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina, and Barbados.
