Jaclyn Valero

Jaclyn Valero is an experienced professional currently serving as SVP for Strategy; Data, Digital & Innovation and SVP of Creative Operations at Citi since February 2018. Jaclyn also operates as an Executive Producer, Product Owner, and Strategist at Lucy Loves Cloud since June 2014, focusing on enhancing team efficiency and project profitability in digital and experiential contexts. Previous roles include serving as a Director of Digital Product at Williams Lea Tag and various leadership positions across prominent agencies such as R/GA, Huge, and Digital Pulp. Jaclyn has been a member of BRIC's President's Council from October 2020 to July 2023, contributing to Brooklyn's creative landscape. Educationally, Jaclyn has completed a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online and holds a certificate in Project Management from Lehigh University, among other qualifications.
