Jake Shepherd

Jake Shepherd is a high-performing Senior Audit Manager at Citi, where they develop and execute robust audit plans and lead complex audit activities focused on Market Conduct risk assurance. Previously, Jake served as a Vice President and Audit Manager within Citi's Internal Audit department, overseeing a team dedicated to ensuring regulatory compliance and conduct supervision. Prior to joining Citi, they worked at Santander UK, where they assessed conduct and compliance risks across various banking sectors.
