Jake Zhang

Jake Zhang is currently the Director and Head of Cyber Risk Governance & Compliance at Citi, where they have held various roles in risk management since 2021. Prior to this, Jake was a VP in Ops Risk Management Cyber Risk at Citi and a VP, Global Cyber Resiliency Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co. They gained early experience as an Information Security Summer Analyst at AutoZone and thyssenkrupp in 2014 and 2013, respectively. Jake's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from the University of Alabama and ongoing studies for a Master of Science in Operations Management and a degree in Applied Business Analytics from MIT.
