Jamal Alsaady, PhD, is a behavioral scientist and economist dedicated to understanding the interplay between mind and action in consumer behavior and marketing. They currently serve as the VP of Applied Behavioral Insights at Citi, after previously working as a senior consultant at PwC and as a seminar leader in market research and analytics at Alliance Manchester Business School. Jamal's doctoral research concentrated on the influence of personality traits on decision-making and the performance of disruptive technologies. They are proficient in both quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, enjoying the integration of these approaches to tell compelling data stories.
