Janice Cheung

Janice Cheung is the Vice President and Head of Personal Loans and Merchant Installments, Cards, and Unsecured Lending at Citi, where they manage multiple card loan products and lead marketing initiatives. With a focus on digital marketing and product management, Janice has extensive experience in digital and retail banking, as well as card product management. They hold a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Global Business and Marketing from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology. Prior to their current role, Janice served in various capacities at Citi, including Digital Acquisition and Business Planning, and completed internships in marketing and accounting.
