Janna Perrin

Janna (Hairston) Perrin is currently the Vice President of Business Optimization at Citi, a position held since 2022. Prior to this role, Janna worked at Fifth Third Bank from 2010 to 2017, where they held multiple positions including Mediation Specialist, Senior Business Analyst in Mortgage, Quality Control Analyst, Initial Review in Loss Mitigation, and Litigation Portfolio Analyst. Janna earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Ohio University and later received a Master of Business Administration with distinction from DePaul University's Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business. Janna also gained consulting experience at Umani Ronchi in 2007.
