Jay Collins is currently the Vice Chairman of Banking at Citi, with a distinguished background in finance, business, and policy. They serve as a Climate Finance Advisor to Egypt for COP27 and as a Senior Risk and Financial Advisor to the Global Vaccine Alliance on COVAX, advising global leaders on complex challenges and transformational opportunities. With over 30 years of experience in various senior positions across major industries in over 50 countries, Jay has also held roles at Johnson Smick International, Merrill Lynch, and Citigroup. They are an adjunct professor at Georgetown University and actively participate on the Steering Committee for the UN Global Investors for Sustainable Development and various boards, including Save the Children.
