Jeanetta Brown

Jeanetta Brown is currently the Senior Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of Corporate Governance at Citi, a position held since 2020. Prior to joining Citi, Jeanetta accumulated extensive legal experience, serving as Senior Corporate Counsel and Assistant Corporate Secretary at Walter Industries, Inc. from 2004 to 2009, and as Assistant General Counsel, Corporate Insurance Director, and Corporate Secretary at Ditech Holding Corporation from 2009 to 2020. Jeanetta also held the role of General Counsel at Flanders Corporation from 2002 to 2004. Jeanetta earned a B.A. from Bowling Green State University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Toledo College of Law, and an MBA from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business.
