Jeff Hazel

Jeff Hazel has extensive experience in infrastructure operations and data center services, currently serving as the Global Data Center Services Head at Citi since May 2013. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Executive Director at JPMorgan Chase from April 2011 to September 2013, where responsibilities included overseeing WEB/Middleware/Messaging operations in Global Technology Infrastructure across multiple regions. Jeff also worked as AVP of Infrastructure Operations and Production Engineering at Nationwide Insurance from April 2008 to May 2011, managing a team of over 150 engineers in server, database, storage, and data center operations. Earlier in the career, Jeff was the Director of North American Storage Operations Engineering at JP Morgan Chase from December 2001 to April 2008. Jeff holds degrees from Ball State University and Indiana University South Bend, with foundational education from Clay High School.
