Jeff Steer

Jeff Steer is the Director and Head of Deposit Product Management at Citi, where they lead a team focused on developing and growing consumer and small business deposit products. With over two decades of experience at Citi, they have held various roles in payments and deposit product management, notably launching Zelle and Real Time Payments. Prior to Citi, Jeff worked at Fiserv and Cash Station, Inc. Jeff graduated from Rutgers University and continues to advance their education at the Consumer Bankers Association Executive Banking School. They reside in Essex Fells, NJ, with their spouse and three college-age sons.
