Jeffrey Wool is the Managing Director and Associate General Counsel for Recovery and Resolution Planning at Citi. They previously held the position of Director and Associate General Counsel for Mergers & Acquisitions at Citi from 2011 to 2015, and worked as an Associate at Davis Polk & Wardwell from 2001 to 2011. Earlier in their career, Jeffrey was a Project Manager and Systems Analyst at AT&T from 1995 to 1998. Jeffrey earned a J.D. from The George Washington University Law School and a B.S. in Systems Analysis from the University of Miami.
