Jenifer Smith

Jenifer Smith is a Product Director with over 20 years of experience in the payment processing industry and more than 15 years in product management. Currently serving as a Senior Vice President at Citi, they have developed expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products, including mobile payments and encryption solutions. Previously, Jenifer held positions at First Data Corporation and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they managed product roadmaps and collaborated with various departments to meet client needs. They have also contributed to process improvements at Concord EFS and hold a Master of Business Administration from Ashford University.
