Jenny Grey

Jenny Grey is a seasoned professional in transformation, culture, strategy, and public affairs, currently serving as a Senior Advisor at Jenny Grey Consulting since 2025. Previously, Jenny held various high-level positions, including Executive Director for Government Communication at the UK Government, where Jenny managed over 5,000 communication staff and advised on critical issues. With a strong background in human resources and strategy, Jenny has also been a member of the Supervisory Board at Bank Handlowy and held multiple roles at Citi, including Global Head of Accountability, Culture and Talent. In addition to her extensive professional experience, Jenny earned a Master's degree in Social Psychology from the London School of Economics and a First Class Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Durham University.
