Joe Li

Joe Li is currently a Managing Director and Global Head of Market Risk for Global Spread Products at Citi, a role they have held since 2019. They previously served as the Managing Director and Global Head of Market Risk for Credit Markets at Citi from 2010 to 2019. Prior to their tenure at Citi, Joe worked as a Director at BlackRock and held the position of Chief Risk Officer at R3 Capital between 2008 and 2009. Joe's career began at Lehman Brothers, where they were a Senior Vice President from 2000 to 2008. They earned a PhD in Engineering from Columbia Engineering, completing their studies in 1998.
