Joe Mackey is currently the Head of Financial Resource Management in the PBWM Treasury at Citi, where they lead an advisory group focused on optimizing capital resources. Previously, Mackey held various senior finance roles at Citi, including SVP in Equity Markets and Security Services Finance and Corporate FP&A. Mackey earned a BA in Economics from Stony Brook University following a degree in Economics from Boston College.
