Joe Tan

Joe Tan is currently the Vice President and Operation Manager at Citi, where they manage a team of 10 Tier 3 engineers across APAC and serve as the point of escalation for network-related matters. Joe previously held roles as the Network Engineer Team Lead at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services and as a Network Analyst at Logicalis Australia. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Applied Computing and a Master of Science in Computer Network Technology from the University of Northumbria at Newcastle, as well as a Diploma in Computing and IT from the Asia Pacific University of Technology and Innovation.
