Joel Babb

Joel Babb, CFE, is currently the Director of Regulatory Response & Oversight at Citi, where they drive firm-wide regulatory strategy, governance, and transformation. Previously, Joel held the position of Senior Vice President - Global Regulatory Engagement at Citi and served as Lead Quality Assurance & Regulatory Relations Specialist at the New York City Campaign Finance Board. Their earlier experience includes roles at the New York City Department of Consumer Affairs, where they managed compliance audits and investigations, and at FINRA as an Associate Principal Examiner. Joel is pursuing a Master's degree in Public Administration Management at Long Island University.
