Joelle B.

Joelle B. is currently the Assistant Vice President at Citi, where they manage daily operations and oversee a team of 60+ employees in the Public Sector Lockbox. Prior to this role, Joelle worked as a Supervisor at HSBC from 2006 to 2011, managing operations and a team that addressed currency needs for over 500 branches. Joelle began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Citizens Bank from 2004 to 2006, where they handled various teller functions and escalations in management's absence. Joelle is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration and Management at the University at Buffalo.
