John Cosgrove, PMP, is the Head of the Global Response & Readiness Exercise Function at Citi, where they have been since 2018. They also serve as Co-Chair of the Exercise Committee for the Financial Services Sector Coordinating Council from 2022 to 2024. Previously, they held various roles, including Deputy Project Manager at L-3/Titan and SRA International, where they provided cyber exercise support to the US Department of Homeland Security. Cosgrove has a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs from James Madison University and is currently engaged in Marine Corps Anti-Terrorism Officer Level II training.
