John Cotte is a design leader with over two decades of experience in UI, CX, XD, and UX design, emphasizing human-centered and accessible design. Currently, as Vice President of UX/UI Design & Research at Citi, they execute design strategies that enhance user flows and productivity. Previously, John served as Lead UX/UI Designer at Morgan Stanley, where they implemented a responsive design system, and as Director of UI Design at Prudential Financial, where they significantly improved customer experience and reduced support calls. John holds a BFA in Graphic Design from Montserrat College of Art.
