John Hogue

John Hogue is an experienced leader in digital design, UX, and strategic operations within the financial services industry. At Citi, from April 2014 to January 2020, John Hogue served as Head of Design and UX for Citi Wealth, where responsibilities included creating a comprehensive digital wealth experience for clients ranging from Emerging Wealth to Ultra-High Net Worth individuals. As Head of Citi FinTech Asia, John Hogue played a critical role in transforming Citi into a customer-centric organization, overseeing global innovation initiatives. Additionally, John Hogue served as Chief Administrative Officer for Asia Pacific Operations & Technology, leading programs to enhance employee culture and engagement across a workforce of 32,000. More recently, John Hogue held the position of Director for Financial Services Industry Solutions at Google from June 2022 to April 2023. John Hogue holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of New Mexico.
