John Murphy is currently the Head of TTS Client PMO EMEA at Citi, a position held since 2022. Previously, they served as an Implementation Manager and Implementation Team Lead at Citi from 2012 to 2018, and as a Project Manager at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd. from 2010 to 2012. John also gained experience in project and portfolio management while working at AIB from 2005 to 2010. They earned a Bachelor of Commerce and a Masters of Business Studies in Management Consultancy from University College Dublin.
