Previously, John held the role of Vice President of Risk at Citigroup, where they significantly reduced open initiatives related to country-level clearance. With a foundation in Human Resources security from their time at BNY Mellon, Xerox, and PwC, John's expertise spans across data compliance, operational risk management, and strategic leadership. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Salve Regina University and continue their studies in the same field.
