Jon Watkins

Jon Watkins currently serves as Vice President of Global Security Operations at Citi, focusing on security content management and the detection and mitigation of fraud, malware, and brute force attacks across the company's web properties. Previously, Jon was a Sr. Risk Manager at eBay/PayPal from 2006 to 2011, managing a team that addressed various aspects of fraud and account security. Before that, Jon worked at eBay, Inc. as a Fraud Analyst from 2001 to 2006, specializing in fraud rules and account take-overs. Additionally, Jon was a Threat Intelligence Analyst and Team Lead at RSA Security from 2011 to 2017, where they contributed to online threat detection and mitigation. Jon is currently pursuing a BS in Business/Human Resources at Utah State University.
