Joseph Tan

Joseph Tan is a Director at Citi, where they focus on risk planning and analysis. They have been with the company since 2016, following their role as Director of Credit Analysis at Moody's Analytics from 2010 to 2016, where they developed econometric models for consumer credit portfolios. Prior to that, Joseph held positions at Fannie Mae, including Senior Financial Economist, and contributed to multifamily asset modeling. They also serve as the Director for Training Requirements and Management at the US Navy's Surface Warfare Officers School since 2009. Joseph holds a BS in Oceanography from the US Naval Academy and an MS in Meteorology and Physical Oceanography from the Naval Postgraduate School.
