Julia Elliott is currently the Global Chair of the Markets New Product Approval Committee at Citi. They previously held the role of Global Head of Markets New Activity Risk Management and served as Managing Director and Counsel, specializing in markets legal with a focus on fixed income derivatives. Julia's earlier experience includes working as an Associate in Corporate Tax at Linklaters and as a Legal Counsel at RBS Markets and International Banking, concentrating on derivatives, capital markets, and tax structuring. They obtained their legal education from the College of Law in Guildford from 1988 to 1990.
