Kaiwei Chen

Kaiwei (Kai) Chen is currently the VP Business Risk Officer at Citi, bringing extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Kai previously served as an Officer in Data Analytics at Bank of the West, where they contributed to underwriting performance improvements and developed risk models using SAS. Prior to that, Kai worked as a Risk Management Analyst at AmTrust Financial Services, Inc., where they redesigned actuarial reserving techniques. With a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from the University of Washington, Kai is proficient in various analytics tools including Python, SAS, and Tableau.
