Karen Chen

Karen Chen is currently the Head of Corporate Finance in Commercial Banking at Citi, a role they have held since 2025. They also serve as a Director at Citi since 2021. Previously, Karen worked as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs from 2013 to 2015, and as an Associate Director at Temasek from 2015 to 2017. They advanced to the role of Director at Credit Suisse from 2018 to 2021. Karen holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Pennsylvania - The Wharton School, which they completed in 2012.
