Karla O’Neill

Karla O’Neill is currently serving as a Vice President in the UK Executive Governance, Senior Managers Office at Citi since 2023. Previously, Karla held various roles, including Regulatory Compliance Analyst and Programme Management Manager (AVP) at Citi, and worked as an Analyst at Promontory Financial Group from 2018 to 2019. From 2019 to 2021, Karla was a Business Control Manager at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where responsibilities included maintaining a robust control framework for the Global FX Services business. Karla earned a BSc in Psychology from Queen's University Belfast, completing the degree in 2015.
