Katherine Kessler

Katherine Kessler is the Managing Director and General Counsel for Compliance and Citi Security & Investigative Services at Citigroup Inc. They served as a Legal Associate at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP from 1993 to 1999 and at Latham & Watkins from 1999 to 2002. At Citi, Katherine held several key roles including Director of Associate General Counsel for Anti-Money Laundering and Regulatory Investigations, advancing to Managing Director for both Financial Crimes and Compliance. Additionally, they have been a Board Member at the National Headache Foundation since 2017. Katherine earned a BA from Emory University, a JD from Duke University School of Law, and a Certificate in Leading Innovative Change from the University of California, Berkeley Executive Education.
