Katherine Kiley is currently an Assistant Vice President and Counsel at Citi, having previously served as Deputy Counsel from 2018 to 2022. They began their legal career as a Legal Assistant and then Paralegal at Lee Memorial Health System from 2012 to 2014. Katherine earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2018 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, graduating Cum Laude from Florida Gulf Coast University in 2015. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Legal Studies at Edison State College.
