Keith Carter

Keith Carter is a Managing Director at Citi, a position held since June 2006, and has served as Initiative Director for the European Operating Model and Chief Administrative Officer for Global Spread Products in the EMEA region. With extensive experience in business unit management for Global Securitized and Credit Markets, Keith leads the London business management team and has significant expertise in capital markets, regulatory implementation, and financial operations. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Specialist in Global Loan Operations at Citigroup from 2004 to 2006. Keith holds a degree from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware, completed in 2004.
