Kelley Smith

Kelley Smith is the Senior Vice President of Talent Management and Engagement at Citi, where they previously served as a Vice President and Strategic Advisor for various inclusion networks. Known for their authentic leadership, Kelley has a passion for developing people and executing impactful change management initiatives. Currently, they are a full-time MBA student at Arizona State University, concentrating in Business Analytics, and are eager to apply their project management skills to foster positive change. Prior to Citi, Kelley gained valuable experience at Vanguard in various roles, including as a supervisor and intern.
