Kerri Patrick

Kerri Patrick, CPA, MBA, is currently the Global SOX Program Senior Vice President at Citi, leveraging extensive experience in Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, information security, and risk management. They have previously held the position of Director at PwC for 16 years and served as a First Level Officer in Accounting Policy & Risk Management at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York. Kerri actively contributed to the National Association of Black Accountants in various leadership roles from 2000 to 2021. They are an alumna of PwC and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and are pursuing an MBA in Public Accounting at Pace University's Lubin School of Business.
