Kim Hall

Kim Hall is the NAM Pre-Charge-Off Collections & Site President for Gray CSC, where they are responsible for collection activities in North America, focusing on operational strategy, analytics, and asset sales for the Consumer Bank. Previously, Kim served as a Managing Director at Citi and held various leadership roles, including Director of Global Workforce Optimization, overseeing a global team and optimizing service levels across contact centers and branch operations. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration Accounting from East Tennessee State University, Kim's expertise extends to workforce management, budgeting, and process improvements that have resulted in significant savings and enhanced customer satisfaction.
