Lana Maximo

Lana Maximo is a Director of Payments Controls Central Governance with a robust career in operational risk management across top-tier institutions and consulting firms in the United States, as well as in Western and Eastern Europe. They have held significant roles at organizations such as Citi and JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they served as SVP of Operational Risk Management and Vice President, respectively. Previously, Lana was a Senior Consultant at Ernst & Young and has contributed to operational risk management at Generali and ICAP. They obtained a Master’s degree in Risk Management in Insurance while studying at MIB School of Management from 2015 to 2016.
