Larry Phelps

Larry Phelps, MBA, is a logistics and program/project management professional with extensive experience managing complex teams and large-scale operations. They served in the United States Air Force and later held roles at organizations such as Knight Aerospace and Amazon, where they demonstrated exceptional leadership in various project management capacities. Currently, Phelps is the Assistant Vice President of Change Management at Citi and continues to leverage their expertise in regulatory compliance, organizational policy creation, and program oversight to enhance operational efficiency. Phelps holds a Master of Business Administration with Honors and maintains an active Top Secret Clearance.
