LaVida Starks is the Assistant Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at Citi, where they focus on business management and enterprise risk management. They possess extensive experience in identifying emerging risks, creating corrective action plans, and ensuring compliance across various organizations, including a long tenure at the Hillsborough County Aviation Authority as an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst. LaVida has also held roles in database and accounting systems management, where they reviewed agreements, developed training materials, and conducted research. They are currently pursuing an Associate of Arts in Business Administration at Hillsborough Community College, having previously earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of South Florida.
