Len Colonna

Len Colonna is a seasoned management-side employment attorney with extensive experience both in-house and in private practice. They currently serve as General Counsel in Citi's Employment Law Unit, managing a team of five attorneys to provide employment law support for over 38,000 employees across the U.S. and Canada. Previously, Len held various positions at Citi, including Managing Director and Director in Human Resources Legal, where they provided comprehensive employment law support and counsel to executive leadership. Their earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw LLP and Tuggle Duggins P.A., specializing in employment law and commercial litigation. Len holds a Doctor of Law (JD) degree, earned with honors from the University of North Carolina School of Law.
