Li Liu

Li Liu is a highly experienced finance professional with a strong background in risk management, capital management, and trading. Currently serving as a Director at Citi since March 2022, focusing on global spread products and trading desk capital management, Li previously held the position of Executive Director at Morgan Stanley from February 2015 to April 2022, where responsibilities included heading market and credit risk capital within Firm Risk Management. Li's career also includes significant roles at Barclays Capital, Babson Capital Management, Radian Asset Assurance, and others, with a solid foundation in economic capital, risk structures, and trading. Li holds a Ph.D. in Physics from the University of Chicago and a BS in Physics from Peking University.
