Ligong Yang 杨立功

Ligong (Gary) Yang 杨立功 is currently the Head of Risk Analytics Unit and a Director at Citi, a position held since 2017. Previously, they served as a VP - Quantitative Market Risk Analyst at Citi from 2009 to 2011 and worked as a Junior Quantitative Analyst at Brevan Howard from 2007 to 2008. Ligong earned a PhD in Statistical Signal Processing from the University of Cambridge, where they studied from 2003 to 2009, and also completed coursework in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at the University of Maryland in 2002-2003.
