Lisa Frison is a Customer Segments Executive, strategist, inclusion advocate, and angel investor currently serving as the Head of Financial Inclusion at Citi since 2022. In this role, they lead efforts to enhance access and outcomes for underserved U.S. customers, focusing on financial inclusion and narrowing the racial wealth gap. Prior to Citi, Lisa spent significant time at Wells Fargo in various senior leadership roles, including as SVP of Segment Strategy & Integration. They hold an MBA in Marketing and Finance from the University of Rochester and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Clarkson University. Additionally, Lisa is actively involved in mentoring emerging leaders and is a proud member of the CALIBR Global Leadership Network and a founding member of the Charlotte cohort of Pipeline Angels.
