Lowri Evans is a seasoned Corporate Psychologist and Behavioural Change Expert currently serving as Vice President of Cultural and Behavioural Risk at Citi. With a career dedicated to transforming organisational dynamics, Lowri has successfully led initiatives to reshape corporate cultures and enhance employee engagement across various sectors, including public health and infrastructure. Lowri's previous roles include Senior Behaviour Change Specialist at Public Health Wales and Change Implementation Manager at Costain Group PLC, where they drove strategic interventions and managed complex projects. Lowri has also contributed significantly to thought leadership in behavioural psychology, sharing insights as a public speaker at industry conferences and on influential podcasts.
