Lucy Baldwin serves as the Global Head of Research at Citi since April 2021 and is an Advisory Council Member at the Mossavar-Rahmani Center for Business and Government at the Harvard Kennedy School since November 2022. Baldwin holds a position as a Member of Council and also serves on the University Investment Committee at the University of Birmingham, where involvement dates back to November 2019. Previously, Baldwin was the Chair of the Advisory Board at Ark Curriculum Plus from 2016 until September 2022 and held several senior roles in equity sales and research at notable financial institutions, including Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Goldman Sachs, and Cazenove. Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of Birmingham between 2001 and 2004.
